Mint Capital and A-Dept announce reaching investment agreementMint Capital and the leading Russian laminate tube manufacturer have concluded an around $5-million investment agreement to support the company’s development. Financing was provided through direct equity investment. Mint Capital gets a more than blocking stake in the company. Two Mint Capital’s representatives will join A-Dept’s Board of Directors.
